$2,000 x 1 event with up to 500 people capacity

Includes:

  • Pre and Post Event Press release with details of the event
  • Media advisory inviting media to the event
  • Manage photographer to cover red carpet and capture ambiance images
  • Management of media RSVP list prior and during the event
  • Follow up with participating media, bloggers and influencers to secure coverage
  • Track and report results in traditional media and social media hashtag impressions

Optional: Invitation to renowned politicians, actors and actresses based in NYC to either attend the event or walk red carpet and step and repeat.

Process:

Our team will distribute media advisory to the media, follow up, secure media to attend the event and manage journalists and influencers once they arrive to the event. After the event is over, we will gather images from your photographer and distribute those to our media list again for coverage. The morning after the event, we’ll follow up with participating media, track coverage and start collecting clippings for your records.

You will receive a report within 24 hours after the event and another one a week after that. Report measures number of media coverage, impressions and social media hashtag and includes clippings for your records.

Timing:

We will contact you within 24 hours after you purchase this service to set up our first meeting and start working for you right away. Timing varies per project but normally it takes from 1 week to 2 months to complete each assignment.
